Intro

I attended NEAR-Fest this fall (like I do every fall of course)!

Nearfest is one of the largest HAM fests in new england and one of my favorites, I've been going since I was very little. I was able to attend for a little bit on friday after I got out of work and then all day saturday starting early in the morning.

I saw an awful lot of packratts being sold this time around, wonder what thats about. Maybe just coencidence! I'll have to make a blogpost about my own c64 pakratt.

I also saw xcl.is there too, the guy had a booth and everything but I didn't take a picture. The AI-Generated vibe kinda threw me off so I didn't go over but, take a look yourself if you want. Apparently there are some GSM/LTE ham bands? Cool.
